.To coordinate and facilitate the creation of integrated sustainable human settlements
through:
• Servicing of sites, construction of houses, issuing of title deeds, resolution
of rental disputes and other socio-economic facilities for poor communities;
• Collaboration with other state departments in delivery public facilities
• Collaboration with the private sector and other government agencies
